Cancellation requests should be made within the stipulated timeframe and under conditions specified for each service from time to time.

 

2.        The NagalandOne Portal reserves the right to refuse service cancellation requests if the request does not meet the specified criteria or if the service is non-refundable, as outlined in the respective service terms and conditions.

 

Refund Policy

1.        Refunds will be issued based on the type of service and the specific refund policies outlined in the terms and conditions of each service OR as per directions of the Service Providing Departments.

 

2.       In the event that a service is eligible for a refund, the following general principles will apply:

 

a.       Refunds will be processed offline after approval of competent authority within 72 hrs of intimation of refund application.

 

b.        Processing fees and non-refundable charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.

 

c.        Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the issuer of the payment.

 

d.        All refund requests must be submitted within the timeframes specified in the service terms and conditions. Requests received after the stipulated period will not be entertained.

 

Non-Refundable Services
